How God Rescues Us

Out of his deep love for us, God sent His only Son Jesus Christ into the world to rescue us from our dilemma by dying on the cross (John 3:16)By sacrificing His life on behalf of sinners He took the punishment we deserve in order to provide salvation. Then God raised Jesus from the dead, confirming the work of Jesus on the cross and establishing His power over death.

It’s About Your Response

Jesus has sufficiently paid the debt for all our wrong doing, and we are called in turn from our sin, rebellion, and isolation and trust what Jesus has done on our behalf.

God makes it very clear the condition by which the salvation Jesus offers can be ours. In Mark 1:15 Jesus said “Repent and believe in the gospel”

First God says we must repent. The word repents  means a change in direction, this means when we turn to God, we are turning away from sin and giving up on the attempt to make ourselves right before God.

Second, God says we must believe. The word “believe” as it is used in the Bible means trust. The object of our trust is the One who paid the price for our wrong doing. We must trust Jesus to remove our guilt and the penalty of all the wrongs we have done. The Bible says when we put our faith in Jesus,God takes our sins away and gives us the gift of eternal life.

How Will You Respond

The Bible says that “whoever calls on the name of the Lord  shall be saved” (Romans 10:13). If you've not trusted in Christ as Lord and Saviour why not stop right now turn from your sin, and believe in Him who alone can save you and give you new and eternal life.

This website is to give you the knowledge you need to find Salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ and to enter into a new covenant with God. Remember to love Jesus you do not need to be part of an established church. All you need to do is to repent your sins in a prayer to Jesus Christ which you will find on this site. Then you will find a new beginning for your life.

The words of Jesus Christ are life changing and timeless. When Jesus spoke, lives were transformed and the trajectory of life forever altered. He tells us that He is "the way, the truth and the life" (John 14:6), and His words have remarkable power. Whether you are just beginning to seek Jesus or have been a believer for years, the Word of God can always speak new truths into your life!

A Psalm of David.

The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.

2 He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.

3 He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.

4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.

5 Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.

6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever.
